Sheyne Shimose is the General Manager for Oahu Island, bringing nearly two decades of experience across property management, hospitality, maintenance operations, and vacation rentals.
Sheyne began his career in property management in 2006, managing AOAO communities. Building on this foundation, Sheyne moved into the short-term rental industry, where he further expanded his experience in hospitality operations, guest services, property performance, and market growth. Today, he serves in a leadership role with Grand Welcome, overseeing operations across Oahu and focusing on delivering exceptional guest experiences, operational excellence, and strong owner partnerships.
Known for his hands-on leadership style and deep understanding of Hawaii’s hospitality and property management landscape, Sheyne is passionate about building high-performing teams, optimizing operations, and creating memorable experiences for both guests and property owners.
